Return and Warranty Policy

We take pride in crafting custom products that meet your exact specifications. Please review our return and warranty policy carefully.Due to the nature of our custom-made items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless there is a factory defect or an error on our part. Before production begins, all orders are finalized and approved by the client through a detailed mock-up process. This ensures that each item is tailored to your specifications.In the event of a factory defect or error, we require immediate notification in writing via email. Please include photos and a detailed explanation of the issue, along with your order number or any other relevant information. Once we receive your email, we will open a case and evaluate the matter on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to maintaining our high standards of quality and service and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.Our Saber Torch® SG4™ patches are designed to exceed the durability of standard patches and come with a six-month warranty covering damage beyond normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us in writing within six months of receiving your items. Include your order details and a detailed explanation of the issue. If the patches are deemed defective, they must be returned to us for replacement. This ensures that only top-quality SG4™ patches remain operational in the field.
